MOLDOVA.
Abortions may be formed up to 12 weeks of pregnancy on request. They may be performed up to 28 weeks of pregnancy on socio-medical and socio-economic grounds after approval of a special legal committee. Abortions must be performed in a state clinic in-patient department. Parental consent is required for minors under the age of 18.
