LITHUANIA.
An abortion may be performed on request during the up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. One may be performed up to 22 weeks of pregnancy on the following grounds: a) risk to the life; b) risk to physical health; c) risk to mental health; and d) risk of fetal deformation. An abortion must be performed by a physician in a medical institution. Parental consent is required for minors under the age of 16.
