LATVIA.
Abortions are legal on request up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. They may be performed up to 22 weeks of pregnancy on special medical or social conditions. Abortions must be performed in government medical centers and private medical centers that have contracted for health insurance. Parental consent is required for minors under the age of 18.
