ESTONIA.
The abortion law of Estonia allows abortions on request up to 11 weeks and 6 days of gestation on request. Abortions are allowed up to 21 weeks on medical indications or if a woman is under the age of 15 or over the age of 45. Abortions must be performed by a gynecologist in a licensed institution. Parental consent is required for minors under the age of 16.
